Marta Buffa

Marta Buffa is a polishing engineer at Renaissance Fusion since June 2023, previously serving as a senior application engineer and engineer at Praxair Surface Technologies from September 2013 to June 2023. Marta's career began with a PhD study at INFN and the University of Trento between 2008 and 2012. Early experience includes an internship at Smith International Italia SPA in 2005, focusing on quality control laboratory practices and a bachelor thesis on PCD cutters. Marta holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Materials Engineering, as well as a master's degree and a bachelor's degree in the same field from the University of Trento.
