Wesley Wooldridge is a seasoned civil engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and design. Currently serving as the Civil Engineering Department Director at Renaissance Group since February 2005, Wesley oversees all new civil design projects, managing them from conception to completion while mentoring civil design engineers. Prior experience includes roles as a Civil Project Manager at Renaissance Group, and Project Manager at Carlson Consulting Engineers from 2001 to 2005, as well as serving as a transportation project engineer at Fisher & Arnold from 1994 to 2000. Wesley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Mississippi State University.

Markets served include Educational, Municipal, Multi-family, Hospitality, Religious, Medical, Corporate, Residential, Airport and Warehouse to name a few. Clients include FedEx, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Tennessee Dept. of Transportation, US Postal Service, Hilton Hotels, Holiday Inn Hotels, and Marriott Hotels.
