Kimberly Ernst

Kimberly Ernst serves as the VP of Product Development and Regulatory Affairs. Kim is a seasoned leader with 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She has deep experience in preparing regulatory submissions, strategizing effective regulatory pathways, and developing innovative approaches. Before joining Renaissance, Kim worked at Impax Laboratories (via CorePharma acquisition) as the Senior Director, Regulatory Affairs. Prior to Impax she worked in roles of increasing responsibility at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, B. Braun Medical Inc, and Teva Pharmaceuticals. Kim holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Cedar Crest College and an M.S. in Chemistry from Lehigh University.
