Richard Baier

Richard Baier is an experienced QC Scientist with a diverse background in biotechnology and project management. Since October 2014, Richard has held multiple positions at Renaissance Lakewood, LLC, progressing from Biotech Associate Scientist I to QC Scientist II, where responsibilities included conducting assays in compliance with GMP and GLP standards, as well as creating and revising SOPs and protocols. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Scientist at GENEWIZ, providing order support for Gene Synthesis and Mutagenesis products, and contributing to Spinal Muscular Atrophy research while interning at PTC Therapeutics, Inc. Richard Baier holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Biology from York College of Pennsylvania, complemented by prior experience as a laboratory teaching assistant.
