Hayley Nielsen

Hayley Nielsen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and the performing arts, currently serving as a Senior Support Specialist at Renaissance Learning since May 2021. With a rich background in theater as an Actor at Actors' Equity Association since July 2009, Hayley has also held various roles in the hospitality and outdoor adventure industries, including Adventure Guide at Rugaru Adventures and Customer Service Representative at BLUE STEEL SECURITY SERVICES L.L.C. Previous positions include Assistant Manager at Anaina Hou Community Park, where responsibilities included overseeing operations and staff management, and multiple roles in food service at establishments like Postcards Cafe Inc and Bar Harbor Restaurant. Hayley began a career in adventure tourism as a Zipline Guide and Operations Supervisor at Alaska Canopy Adventures, and as a Bear Viewing and Nature Trail Guide at Alaska Rainforest Sanctuary, LLC, emphasizing guest safety and education. Hayley earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from Point Park University in 2012.
