Katie Conroy

Katie Conroy is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the marketing operations and demand generation sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Marketing Operations at Renaissance Learning since December 2022 following the acquisition of Illuminate Education where Katie held the position of Director of Demand Generation & Marketing Operations. Previous experience includes roles as Marketing Automation Manager at Exclusive Concepts and multiple positions at Lexia Learning, culminating in the role of Director of Marketing Operations. Katie started the marketing career as a Graphic Design Production Artist at Spirit Products and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Film/Video and Computer Animation from Rochester Institute of Technology. Notable achievements include enhancing lead generation processes, significantly increasing sales opportunities, and expanding seminar attendance to foster business growth.
