Craig Bowditch

Craig Bowditch is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Principal and CFO at Dafocom Solutions since August 2021 and as CFO at Renaissance Repair & Supply since December 2017. With a robust background in financial leadership, Craig co-founded Protonify Corporation, where the focus was on isolating Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients from organic materials, operating until November 2022. Previous roles include CFO positions at Hawktree Solutions Inc., Kuatro Technologies Inc. (sold to Jabil), CloudLink Technologies (sold to EMC), Ambercore Inc., and AFORE Solutions. Craig began career as Corporate Controller at ActivCard and Controller of Sales & Service at Alcatel Canada. Educational qualifications include a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) in Accounting from the University of Ottawa, earned between 1993 and 1997.
