Ashleigh Edwards

Ashleigh Edwards is an accomplished actuary and insurance executive with extensive experience in the reinsurance and insurance sectors. Since March 2019, Ashleigh has served as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Casualty Reinsurance at RenaissanceRe, and also holds the title of Senior Vice President, Head of Casualty Multiclass. Prior to this role, Ashleigh worked at Tokio Millennium Re AG from May 2011 to March 2019 as Senior Vice President of Underwriting for Professional Lines and as an actuary and casualty producer. Earlier career positions include Vice President and Reinsurance Actuary at Allied World Assurance, Actuary at Aspen Re, and roles at Converium and QBE Insurance, where Ashleigh began as an actuarial analyst. Educational qualifications include Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) and Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia (FIAA), alongside a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Finance from the University of Technology Sydney.
