Colum Thorne

Colum Thorne is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in platform architecture and software engineering. Since joining RenaissanceRe in October 2007, Colum has held various positions, including Vice President of Platform Architecture and Software Engineering, as well as roles in risk data management and engineering. Prior to RenaissanceRe, Colum worked as a Consultant at BearingPoint from 2005 to 2007. Colum holds a Master of Science in Computing from Dundalk Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Technological University Dublin.
