Nina Maru

Nina Maru currently serves as VP Claims Manager at RenaissanceRe, a position held since July 2023, and previously held the role of AVP Claims Manager within the same company. Prior to this, Nina Maru worked at Nephila Capital as Assistant Manager (Claims) at Nephila Syndicate Management from November 2019 to July 2023. Earlier career roles include Claims Adjuster positions at RenaissanceRe, Markel International, and Alterra Capital Holdings Ltd., as well as a Claims Graduate Trainee at Lloyd's of London, where Nina Maru completed a comprehensive graduate program. Nina Maru holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics from the University of Leicester, obtained in 2010, and has a secondary education background from The Heathland School, where an impressive array of GCSEs and A-Levels were achieved.
