Mr. Gidumal has over 35 years of experience in operational leadership, digital transformation, and strategy development as a senior executive, board member, private equity investor, and advisor. From February 2020 to November 2021, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of WeWork Inc. From March 2011 to June 2019, Mr. Gidumal served as a Principal at Ernst & Young Global Limited, where he led the Consumer Products and Retail segment. Over his career, he has held several executive roles, including at Worldcom (Asia), Acterna, Armstrong Furniture, and The Boston Consulting Group.

Mr. Gidumal has been a Member of the Board of Directors of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society since 2014.

Shannon Lowry Bender is Executive Vice President, Group General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at RenaissanceRe. She joined the company in 2021 and is responsible for legal, regulatory, government affairs, and compliance matters on a global basis.

Ms. Bender has a wealth of legal experience across corporate law, governance, and mergers & acquisitions and most recently served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Corporate Counsel, and Deputy Corporate Secretary for CIT Group Inc., a publicly listed financial and bank holding company. Prior to working at CIT, Mrs. Bender was a Partner at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson in New York.

Ms. Bender earned a B.S. in Telecommunications from the University of Florida and a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law.

Cynthia Trudell is the current Director at [RenaissanceRe](/org/renaissancere). Prior to their current position, they were the VP & Controller at Platinum Re from April 2004 to February 2015. During their time at Platinum Re, they were responsible for all transactional accounting relating to reinsurance contracts both assumed and ceded in various foreign currencies. Cynthia also attended key underwriting meetings and worked closely with underwriters and the chief reserving actuary during the quarter end process with respect to technical balances prior to merger with Renaissance Re. In addition, Cynthia integrated EDI (electronic data interface) into our global reinsurance system which automatically processes broker statements - increasing efficiency by 30%. Lastly, they prepared and reviewed quarterly and annual GAAP financial statements and was the primary liaison for both external and internal auditors.

Robert Qutub is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of [RenaissanceRe](/org/renaissancere), where he is responsible for Finance, Investments, Treasury, Operations, IT and Human Resources.

Prior to joining [RenaissanceRe](/org/renaissancere), Mr. Qutub was Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for [MSCI](/org/msci) Inc. (NYSE: [MSCI](/org/msci)) from July 2012 to May 2016, where he managed all aspects of SEC reporting, treasury, investor relations, financial planning and internal controls, as well as other responsibilities. Before [MSCI](/org/msci), Mr. Qutub was with [Bank of America](/org/bank-of-america) for 18 years, where he held several segment Chief Financial Officer roles.

Mr. Qutub holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
