RENAKER
James Daycock is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at RENAKER since September 2013. Notable projects include Crown Street Phase 2, featuring The Blade Tower and 360 Tower, as well as the Elizabeth Tower and Victoria Residence. Prior to RENAKER, James spent nearly a decade at Laing O'Rourke, where roles included Construction Manager and Package Manager on significant projects such as the Manchester Central Library and the Manchester Town Hall Transformation Project. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Liverpool John Moores University, completed in 2004.
