Currently a Partner at RENAPS since August 2020, Shawn has a robust background including roles such as President & Owner of Phezil Consulting Inc., where expertise in Oracle database management was applied for a diverse clientele. Previous positions include Senior Oracle Database Specialist at Federated Co-operatives Limited and CN, along with consulting roles at Encana Corporation and Pythian. Shawn's extensive experience spans over two decades, beginning as a Database Analyst at the City of Calgary and progressing through various senior technical roles. A graduate of the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, Shawn has consistently demonstrated technical leadership, solution development, and project management within complex database environments.
