Al Tastir Ahmed has a diverse professional background in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as a Senior Officer in Production at Renata PLC since November 2022. In addition, Al Tastir Ahmed holds a position as an Officer in Research and Development at General Pharmaceuticals Limited since January 2022. Previous experience includes working as an Executive in Quality Assurance at Opso Saline Ltd. and completing in-plant training at Asiatic Laboratories Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Jagannath University, as well as ongoing studies towards an Executive MBA in Management at International Islami University of Science and Technology Bangladesh, which commenced in January 2025.
