Chapter Lead UX Research - Researchops at Renault Digital

Maud Kicka has a diverse work experience in the field of UX research and design. Maud is currently working at Renault Digital as the Chapter Lead for UX Research - ResearchOps, a role they have held since March 2022. Prior to that, they were the Lead UX Researcher at Renault Digital from March 2021 to March 2022.

Before joining Renault Digital, Maud worked at GE Digital where they held multiple roles. Maud was responsible for UX Research for Manufacturing, focused on integrating UX research into the organization through methodology and processes. Maud also worked as a Digital transformation consultant and UX Researcher, and as a Senior UX Researcher during their time at GE Digital from 2016 to 2022.

Prior to GE Digital, Maud worked at Niji as the Lead UX Researcher/Designer from October 2014 to November 2016. Maud also worked at Kadrige from August 2012 to December 2013 as a UX Researcher/Designer, at Pages Jaunes Marketing Services from March 2011 to July 2012 as a UX Designer, at Miratech from September 2010 to March 2011 as a UX Researcher, at Use Design from February 2010 to July 2010 as a UX Researcher/Designer, and at Yuseo from July 2009 to December 2009 as a UX Researcher.

Overall, Maud has gained extensive experience in UX research and design across various industries, showcasing their expertise and adaptability in the field.

Maud Kicka earned a Master 2 (M2) Research degree in Cognitive Psychology from Université Paris Nanterre in 2005. Maud then went on to achieve a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Cognitive Psychology from Université Côte d'Azur in 2009.
