Germary Aviles currently serves as the Executive Banquet Chef at Renault Winery Resort since June 2021, bringing extensive culinary experience to the role. Previously, Germary Aviles held the same position at Icon Hospitality from November 2018 to June 2021 and worked as an Event Sous Chef/Commissary Sous Chef at Cescaphe Event Group from July 2017 to November 2018. From April 2011 to April 2016, Germary Aviles was the Owner/Chef of Newyorican Restaurant. Early career roles include working as a Cook at Caesars Entertainment Corporation from September 2009 to April 2011 and at Hilton/Resorts Casino in Atlantic City from June 2006 to September 2009. Germary Aviles is an alumnus of the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
