Christian Fargeon

Christian Fargeon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Renault Group, starting in May 1994 and currently serving as the Manager of Connected Services Field Quality of vehicles and Operations Performance. Fargeon oversees the operational quality of connected vehicle systems and on-board software, managing a multi-disciplinary platform that includes engineering, IT, and after-sales. Responsibilities encompass handling customer complaints, implementing global performance platforms, and improving operational processes. Fargeon's career also includes roles such as Vehicle Engineering Support Leader, Senior Manager for Alliance IT Operations, and contributions to IT performance and industrial standardization. Prior to Renault, Fargeon worked as a Project Manager in robotics at Renault Automation and Acma Robotique. Christian Fargeon holds an engineering degree in Automatique and Robotique from Centrale Nantes, attained between 1984 and 1987.
