İlker holds a degree in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi, completed in 2005, and began their career as a Process Engineer at Şişecam. They are bilingual in French and English and skilled in managing multidisciplinary teams across various global locations.
