Mario Moliterni

Mario Moliterni serves as the Head of Legal/Insurance Department for RENAULT ITALIA S.p.A. since November 1994, managing all legal and insurance matters for the company. Prior to this role, Mario held the position of Head of Legal Group Office at NISSAN ITALIA from September 2003 to June 2006, overseeing legal issues related to the RENAULT-NISSAN ALLIANCE, including contract, IT, and vehicles homologation law. Mario's career includes serving as an Attorney in the Legal Department at Procter & Gamble from November 1991 to November 1994, and as an Attorney in the International Agreement Department at Fiat Auto from April 1989 to November 1991. Mario's legal journey began as a Trainee attorney at STUDIO LEGALE SELVAGGI from September 1988 to April 1989. Mario earned a degree in Jurisprudence from Luiss Guido Carli University in 1988 and completed secondary education at Liceo Classico E. Duni di Matera from 1978 to 1983.
