Rachel Gill has held a variety of roles in the past decade. In 2009, they began their career as a Bilingual Phone Interviewer at Creative Consumer Research. The following year they worked as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Da Vinci Bridal. In 2011, they were a Tutor at Texas A&M Athletics. In 2012, they were an Intern at Fundación Directorio Legislativo, where they compiled research on government structures throughout Latin America as well as the U.S., Canada, and the U.S. In 2013, they were a Marketing-PR-Social Media Intern at Blinds.com, where they marketed on social media platforms, wrote product descriptions, optimized PPC ads and created landing pages, scripted, produced and starred in a branded video for the Blinds.com YouTube channel, and developed blog and email marketing content. In 2014, they began their career at Flash Point Communications, where they held roles as an Account Executive/New Business Lead, Assistant Account Executive, Account Coordinator, and Social Media and Account Intern. From 2017-2020, they worked at SweetIQ, where they held roles as Head of Business Development, Senior National Sales Executive, National Sales Executive, and Mid-Market Sales Executive. In 2020, they became the CRO & Co-Founder of RenderSEO.

Rachel Gill attended Texas A&M University from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Studies and Spanish.
