Romana Dyer

Romana Dyer is an experienced professional currently serving as the Managing Director of the O & M Division at Rendesco since December 2023. Prior to this role, Romana held various positions at Kingspan Water & Energy from April 2020 to December 2023, including Operations Director for EMS in Great Britain and Ireland, as well as Operations Manager. Romana also contributed as Manager at Shearwell Australia Pty Ltd from March 2018 to April 2020 and as Operations Manager at Shearwell Data Ltd from October 2009 to April 2020. Romana holds a Bachelor's degree in Leadership and Management from the University of St Mark & St John and a Business Degree in Business Management from Richard Huish Business School.
