Roger Stanton

Roger Stanton is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in real estate and corporate law. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Rendina Healthcare Real Estate since September 2022, Roger previously held the position of General Counsel at Pinnacle Holdings from January 2019 to June 2022. At Technomarine Group, Roger functioned as SVP and General Counsel from April 2016 to January 2019, overseeing legal issues across various business divisions. Earlier in Roger's career, attorney roles were held at Cohen, Norris, Wolmer, Ray, Telepman & Cohen, and Ward, Damon & Posner, P.A., focusing on commercial real estate and business law.
