Sara Bendix is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in property and financial management. Currently, as a Senior Property Accountant at Rendina Healthcare Real Estate since March 2015, Sara oversees full-cycle financial reporting for a portfolio of properties and daily cash management. Prior roles include Analyst and Staff Accountant at Madeira Housewares, where responsibilities encompassed inventory control, cash flow management, and accounts receivable and payable. Previous experience at Avant Energy Inc. involved preparing financial reports and supporting cost accounting processes, while positions at C.H. Robinson and LodgeNet Interactive Corporation focused on accounts receivable management and billing processes. Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Business Administration with a Marketing emphasis from Northwestern College.
