Building upon the legacy forged by his family’s name, Nelson Mitchell, the current president of History Maker Homes, remains dedicated to the constant growth of the family business founded four generations ago in 1949.

In honor of his great-grandfather’s vision, Mitchell is striving to further strengthen History Maker Homes’ standing as a proven leader in homebuilding with the announcement of a new line of custom homes… Rendition Homes promises to deliver the same level of award-winning excellence and service that has earned the Mitchell family the honor of being the oldest, most-trusted builder in Tarrant County.

By fostering a family culture, Mitchell credits the success of his company on one main focus… establishing solid relationships. Whether with trade partners, team members, or customers, the strength of their working relationships is just part of what gives Rendition Homes a competitive advantage over other homebuilders and communities in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.

Combined with 63 years of stability in the DFW market, the volume of more than 12,000 homes built, and a 98% customer satisfaction rating, you’ll enjoy the benefit of our superior purchasing power, resulting in a lower cost per square foot when compared with other homebuilders.

You’ll soon see firsthand how Rendition Homes seeks to become the new brand standard among custom homebuilders in North Texas.
