Achalanka Dalawella

Achalanka Dalawella is currently the Vice President Operations & Transformation at Rendr, where they lead Lean Process Improvement Projects in various areas. They have previous experience as a Lean Six Sigma Project Specialist at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, where they achieved significant cost savings. Achalanka also co-founded Sach Analytics and Aroya.life, and held various roles in community outreach and program development. They graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health.
