Thomas "TJ" Dixon

Thomas "TJ" Dixon has had a long and successful career in the military and government sector. In 2021, they began working as the Director of Business Management and Operations for Sfara. From 2016 to 2021, Dixon served in multiple roles for the US Navy. This included Special Assistant to the Commandant of Naval District Washington, DC, Chief of Staff for the Navy Enterprise Task Force, Director of Behavior Development and Performance for OPNAV N171, and Deputy Director for the Navy's 21st Century Sailor Office. In 2017, Dixon was a DARPA Service Chiefs Fellow. From 2013 to 2016, they were the Executive Assistant for OPNAV N81 and the Deputy Branch Head for the same organization.

Thomas "TJ" Dixon attended the United States Naval Academy from 1990 to 1994, graduating with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Physics. Thomas "TJ" then went on to attend the U.S. Naval War College from 2005 to 2006, where they earned a degree in National Security and Strategic Studies.
