Currently serving as Leiter Support at Faigle since September 2018, Mergim has advanced through various positions including Teamleiter 1st Level Support and Stellvertreter Servicedesk Leiter. Prior experience includes roles at Otto Fischer AG, ROTRONIC, Storenmaterial, and Bernina Storen AG, where Mergim developed skills in assembly and production mechanics. Educational qualifications encompass multiple certifications from Swissmem Academy in customer service leadership and office management, as well as an ECDL Profile Certificate and a Bürofachdiplom from Benedict Schools. Mergim also completed military service as a soldier.
