Markus Frischknecht

Markus Frischknecht has extensive experience in IT support and service management. Since August 2001, Markus has served as the Deputy Head of IT Support at Zürcher Kantonalbank, focusing on service operation, incident and problem management, as well as application and operational responsibility, with expertise in BMC, InVision, Cordaware, and IBI-AWS. Prior to this role, Markus held positions as Serviceleiter at Discounthaus Eschenmoser AG from February 1999 to July 2001, Informatik Techniker at ITRIS Maintenance AG from January 1998 to January 1999, and Werkstattleiter at Discounthaus Eschenmoser AG from July 1991 to December 1997.
