Shashank Adlakha

Shashank Adlakha currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at REnergy Dynamics, a position held since October 2024. Shashank's extensive experience in the renewable energy sector includes serving as Sr Vice President and Head of the Green Hydrogen Business, Sr Vice President and Head of New Business, and Vice President & Head of International Business and Technology at ReNew Power from October 2017 to April 2023. Earlier career milestones include serving as GM (Purchase) for EPC Procurement at Moser Baer Solar Systems Pvt Ltd from June 2011 to August 2012 and as DG in Supply Chain at Moser Baer Photo Voltaic from September 2007 to June 2011. Shashank holds an MBA in Operations and Finance from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a BE in Production & Industrial from Delhi College of Engineering.
