Ovaldo Borghetti

Ovaldo Borghetti is a seasoned professional in the electronics and automotive sectors, currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Product Line Sensors Signal Conditioning and ASICs at Renesas Electronics since March 2023. Previously, Ovaldo held various senior leadership positions at Infineon Technologies from September 2011 to March 2023, including Senior Director of Automotive Radar and Director of the Product Group RADAR Systems. Earlier experience includes roles at STMicroelectronics, where responsibilities ranged from Project Manager for R&D in the Automotive Product Group to Technical Project Leader for BOSCH braking systems. Ovaldo began the career as an IC Designer and also worked as a Project Leader for Custom Software Development at Softsystem srl. Ovaldo has an Executive MBA from POLIMI Graduate School of Management and degrees in Electronics Engineering from Università di Pisa and Università degli Studi 'Mediterranea'​ di Reggio Calabria.
