Stephanie Ahern

Stephanie Ahern serves as the Vice President of Global Human Resources at Renesas Electronics since April 2021, contributing to one of the leading semiconductor manufacturers globally. Prior to this role, Stephanie worked as a Principal Human Resources Consultant at Firefly HR Ltd. from July 2017 to April 2021. Stephanie's extensive experience includes a notable tenure at American Express from June 2005 to July 2017, where positions held encompassed Vice President roles in Global HR Business Partner and Employee and Labour Relations, in addition to directorships in HR Business Partnering and Employee Relations. Earlier career experience includes a role in Employee Relations at JPMorgan Chase Bank from 2003 to 2005. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from BPP Law School and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Biological Sciences from Oxford Brookes University.
