Julie Pope joined Renesas in August 2021 with the acquisition of Dialog Semiconductor Plc. Julie is a business focused HR executive with extensive international experience in talent planning, compensation and benefits, change management, mergers and acquisitions and global talent acquisition.

Julie began her career as an actuarial consultant at The Wyatt Company and then KPMG before joining IBM Corporation in 1998 where she worked in New York and Paris holding various HR roles. Julie joined American Express Company in New York in 2003 and held HR roles spanning New York, Sydney and London. 

In May 2017, Julie joined Dialog Semiconductor Plc as SVP, HR and held that position until the acquisition of Dialog by Renesas.

Julie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Psychology from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas and is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries.

Takeshi Kataoka is the current Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Automotive Solution Business Unit at [Renesas Electronics](/org/renesas-electronics). Takeshi has been in this role since March of 2003. Prior to that, they were a Senior Engineer for the Semiconductor Business Division at [Hitachi](/org/hitachi) from April 1993 to March 2003.

Takeshi also holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Applied Physics from [The University of Tokyo](/org/the-university-of-tokyo).

Mr. Allexandre serves as the Senior Vice President, CSMO (Chief Sales & Marketing Officer) and Head of the Global Sales & Marketing Unit at Renesas Electronics Corporation. He has held his current role since January 2023. Previously, he held the post of Senior Vice President and Head of Sales and Corporate Digital Marketing in the IoT and Infrastructure Business Unit at Renesas, appointed in July 2019.

Prior to joining Renesas, he was IDT’s Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing in February 2017. A sales veteran with more than 20 years in the semiconductor industry, Mr. Allexandre’s experience covers analog mixed-signal products in the mobile, industrial, telecom, cloud, consumer and automotive markets. He has led sales organizations in the United States, France, Germany and China.

Prior to joining IDT, Mr. Allexandre worked for NXP as Senior Vice President Worldwide Sales for Mass Market and Global Distribution. Before that, he was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain at Fairchild Semiconductors. Prior to Fairchild, he held various positions at Texas Instruments, up to Vice President of EMEA Regional Sales & Applications and Distribution.

Mr. Allexandre holds an MSc. in electrical engineering from the Institut Supérieur de l’Électronique et du Numérique (ISEN).

Selena Loh Lacroix is an accomplished business executive and lawyer with over 25 years of experience in a variety of industries. Selena currently serves as an outside director at [Renesas Electronics](/org/renesas-electronics). Prior to their current role, Selena served as the Global Technology & Communication Practice Leader at [Egon Zehnder](/org/egon-zehnder), a premier executive search firm. Selena also served as the Vice President and General Counsel of Honeywell International's Asia Pacific division, where they managed all aspects of legal and compliance matters.

Selena began their career as an associate at Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich, a law firm based in Palo Alto, California. Selena then spent 10 years at Texas Instruments Incorporated, where they rose to the position of Senior Counsel. Selena has also served on the board of directors for the [Dallas Symphony Orchestra](/org/dallas-symphony-orchestra) and the [IDT Corporation](/org/idt) (now [Renesas Electronics](/org/renesas-electronics)).

In addition to their professional accomplishments, Selena is a dedicated philanthropist and serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations. Selena is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace and is committed to giving back to their community.
