Avery Berchek

Avery Berchek is a Staff Backend Engineer at Renew Home since April 2024. Prior to this role, Avery worked at Meta as an IC6 Production Engineer from July 2018 to March 2024, where responsibilities included building, scaling, and maintaining core infrastructure while transitioning from task-focused work to tech leadership. Earlier experience includes a position as a Software Technical Intern at Leidos from June 2015 to July 2018. Avery obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of California, Merced, graduating in 2018.
