Nikeisha Jackson began their work experience in 2010 as a Middle School Teacher at Fort White High School. Nikeisha later moved on to become an AVID Coordinator at Columbia County School System in 2012. In 2015, they transitioned to the role of Assistant Principal at ReNEW Schools Charter Management Organization before ultimately becoming the Principal in June 2018.
Nikeisha Jackson completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Health Education & Behavior at the University of Florida from 2003 to 2007. Nikeisha later pursued a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration at the American College of Education from 2017 to 2018.
