Randal has extensive experience at Walmart, where they held various roles including Sr. Real Estate Transactions Manager, Real Estate Transactions Manager, Portfolio Manager - Asset Management, Fuel Compliance Transaction Manager, Portfolio Management - Realty Manager, and Real Estate Law Clerk between 2003 and 2017. Additionally, they worked briefly as a Research Assistant at the National Agricultural Law Center in 2003 and as a Bookkeeper/Bank Teller at First National Bank of Eastern Arkansas from 1998 to 2000.

Randal A. W. Busby, JD, pursued their education in a progressive manner, focusing on law. From 2002 to 2005, they attended the University of Arkansas School of Law, Fayetteville, where they obtained a Doctor of Law - JD degree. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2002, they completed a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Central Arkansas. Their education began at Palestine-Wheatley High School from 1994 to 1998, where they graduated as the salutatorian and received their diploma.
