VP Strategy, Technology & Emerging Markets at Renewable Biofuels Inc.

Amol More has extensive work experience in the renewable biofuels industry. amol is currently serving as the VP of Strategy, Technology & Emerging Markets at Renewable Biofuels Inc. since April 2022.

Prior to this role, Amol worked at Renewable Biofuels for almost a decade, starting in June 2013. During this time, they held the position of Director of Engineering and Special Projects. Their responsibilities included modeling fats and oils supply and demand, as well as renewable fuels demand driven by regulatory environment and energy transition. amol also focused on cost modeling to optimize operations and profitability, and assessed competition and benchmarking. In addition, they played a crucial role in the development of large-scale renewable fuels projects, evaluating technologies and contractors. Under their leadership, plant capacity was more than doubled through continuous improvement efforts.

Before joining Renewable Biofuels, Amol served as an Assistant Plant Manager at Renewable Biofuels Inc. from August 2009 to May 2013. In this role, they supervised day-to-day operations while carrying out technical manager responsibilities. amol implemented cost-effective measures, such as replacing expensive reactors with more affordable equipment, resulting in improved yields, reduced operating costs, and enhanced mechanical reliability.

Amol's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Process Engineer at Chemtex from July 2008 to January 2009, and as a Process Engineer at Bratney Companies from 2006 to 2008.

Amol More completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Chemical Engineering from Doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University. The duration of this program is not provided.

Following their undergraduate education, Amol More pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Chemical Engineering at Kansas State University. amol successfully completed this program from 2001 to 2004.
