Gopinath Ganesan

Gopinath Ganesan is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in equipment development and automation. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at REC since June 2022, Gopinath focuses on equipment qualification and global expansion. Prior roles include Senior Automation Engineer at Standard BioTools, where responsibilities encompassed managing contract manufacturing and maintaining product documentation, R&D Engineer at Veeco specializing in mechanical design, Engineer at HGST overseeing automated equipment upgrades, and a similar role at Western Digital where Gopinath managed maintenance and troubleshooting. Gopinath holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
