Wee Meng Chua

Wee Meng Chua serves as the Vice President of Global Expansion & Engineering Design at REC since October 2015, overseeing program management, process design, and process start-up. Prior to this, Chua held positions as Senior Director in various capacities within the same company and as Senior Manager in Engineering, focusing on technology industrialization and process capabilities. Previous experience includes leadership roles at FMC Technologies, Metallkraft AS, Abbott, and 3M, with a track record in manufacturing engineering, process improvement, and project management. Chua holds an M.Sc. in Industrial and Systems Engineering and a B.Eng. in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
