Alexandra Kulousek

Alexandra Kulousek is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Global HR Systems Manager at RES since January 2024. Prior to this role, Alexandra spent a decade at Capgemini, where positions included HR Data and Systems Manager and HR Systems Consultant. Key achievements include delivering HR solution projects, managing system change requests, and leading numerous global HRIS implementations across 21 countries. Alexandra has also held supplementary roles focused on campus recruitment, leadership in employee resource groups, and mentorship of new hires. Earlier experience includes a business internship at Victoria Emergency Associates, where Alexandra managed invoicing and payroll. Alexandra earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management of Information Systems from The University of Texas at Austin in 2013.
