Angeliki Ziaka

Angeliki Ziaka is a seasoned professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Global HR Talent Systems and Process Manager at Umicore since September 2022. With a robust background in learning design, Angeliki specializes in training vendor selection, workshop facilitation, and the implementation of digital tools for optimizing L&D operations. Previously, Angeliki held leadership roles at CrossKnowledge, where responsibilities included managing a global learning community and overseeing onboarding projects. Angeliki also has experience as an E-Learning Consultant at Mauth.cc GmbH, as well as roles focused on research and educational technology. Angeliki holds a Master of Science in Educational Technology from the Universität des Saarlandes and a Bachelor of Arts from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
