Blanca Soria-Garcia

Blanca Soria-Garcia has a diverse background in human resources and talent acquisition. Their most recent position is as a Talent Acquisition Manager at RES, where they are responsible for recruiting field positions in the construction division, including Solar and Transmission and Distribution. Blanca also led the implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System and develops and executes recruiting strategies. Prior to RES, Blanca worked at Sanmina as an HR partner, collaborating with business leaders on hiring initiatives and building relationships with senior leadership. Blanca also has experience in employee relations, recruiting, and performance management from their role as a Human Resource contractor at Patriot Erectors. Blanca has also held positions at Austin Materials, LLC as a Manager of Human Resources, SunPower Corporation as an Executive Bilingual Service Specialist and Contract Senior Recruiter, GlobeTech as part of the HR US team, BrightStar Care as an HR Manager, Airtron A/C and Heating as a Senior Recruiter, Kelly Services as a Strategic Accounts Senior Recruiter, and Lone Star Circle of Care as a Senior Recruiter. Their expertise includes sourcing candidates, building relationships, and implementing effective hiring processes.

Blanca Soria-Garcia completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Phoenix in 2023. Prior to that, they attended El Rancho High School. Additionally, in July 2019, Blanca obtained a certification from AchieveForum, earning the title of Achieve Forum Certified.
