Cristin Bolton

Cristin Bolton has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Cristin began their career at Cintas as a Regional Six Sigma Black Belt, holding that position from 2000 to 2009. Cristin then worked as an Office Manager at Wingspan Service Corporation for a brief period of time. Following that, Cristin served as a Purchasing Agent at Electek/Sasco from 2011 to 2013. Cristin then joined DSA Technologies, Inc. as an HR Manager/Office Manager, where they worked until 2015. From 2015 onward, Cristin has been employed at RES, starting as a Human Resources Generalist and progressing to the role of Compliance Manager, T&D Division. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Manager, Training and Compliance at RES.

Cristin Bolton attended Colorado State University from 1994 to 1998, where they pursued a degree in Equine Science with a concentration in Industry. In 2017 and 2018, they obtained two certifications, namely, PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and PHRca (California-specific certification for HR professionals), from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
