Darren Pence

Darren Pence has over two decades of experience in the construction and renewable energy sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Pre-Construction at RES since January 2015, Darren has progressed through various roles at the company, including Director of Construction/Pre-Construction and Project Manager. Prior to RES, Darren held the position of Director of Construction at Village Green Properties, managing development and construction for commercial and residential projects, and at Cooperative Resource Center, overseeing all design and construction operations for multi-family projects. Earlier experience includes project management and development roles at Winter Construction, Winter Properties, and Turner Construction. Darren holds both a Master's and Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
