Dennis Thorlund Elsberg

Dennis Thorlund Elsberg serves as the Vice President of HSQE at RES, overseeing Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment across various renewable energy technologies. Prior to this role, Dennis held multiple senior leadership positions at TERMA Group, including Vice President of Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental Sustainability, focusing on fostering a strong HSE culture and strategic environmental sustainability. Dennis' experience also includes board memberships with G+ Global Offshore Wind Health and Safety Organisation and Global Wind Organisation, advocating for safety standards in the wind industry. As the Global Vice President of QHSE at Siemens Gamesa, Dennis managed QHSE across sales, projects, and service operations. Earlier roles span more than two decades in HSE management and engineering in various companies, including LM Wind Power and Aker Kvaerner, coupled with an educational background in Light and Energy Technology.
