Èlia Casas Fernández has a diverse work experience starting from 2013. Èlia began their career as a Project Engineer Assistant at UPC School, where they worked on street lighting projects for city councils. Èlia then joined HP as a Hardware Service Engineer Assistant before moving on to work as a Product/UX Consultant at UX Connections.

In 2016, Èlia became a Product Manager at Adludio, where they focused on a SaaS platform for the digital advertising industry. Their responsibilities included defining roadmaps and strategies, working with Agile methodologies, and ensuring a positive user experience.

Èlia then joined Telescope Inc. as a Technical Project Manager, where they oversaw project management activities from September 2017 to February 2018. After that, they joined DNV as a Product Owner and later became a Product Team Lead, playing a key role in driving product development.

Currently, Èlia works as the Head of Product Strategy at RES, where they are responsible for digital solutions in the support services business division. Èlia also manages the business partnerships within internal teams.

Throughout their career, Èlia has demonstrated a strong ability to lead and manage product strategy, project management, and user experience.

Èlia Casas Fernández completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in ETSEIB-Industrial Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya from 2010 to 2015. Èlia then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Advanced Engineering Product Design from Kingston University in the year 2015-2016. In 2017, Èlia took a course in Software Product Management at the University of Alberta. Subsequently, in 2020, they became a Certified Scrum Product Owner after completing a program at Mountain Goat Software. In 2022, Èlia participated in the Richardson Accelerate - DNV program, specializing in Sales Performance and Customer Centricity. Additionally, in 2021, they completed a leadership training program called "Leading People" at DNV GL Training.
