Jake Pimlott

Jake Pimlott is a skilled Technical Asset Manager at RES since March 2019, overseeing five wind farms in England and Wales. Previously, Jake held the title of Site Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing six wind farm locations in Cornwall and Devon, comprising 44 wind turbines with over 60MW capacity. Jake has extensive experience in managing operations and maintenance contractors, conducting site inspections, overseeing health and safety, and resolving operational issues. Prior to working at RES, Jake served as Operating Projects Supervisor at REG Power Management, where duties encompassed supervising operations for wind farm projects and liaising with turbine O&M providers. Jake began with REG Power Management as an Operations Assistant and also has experience as a Facilities Coordinator and Facilities Management Intern at Porsche Cars GB Ltd. Educationally, Jake holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Climate Change & Energy Management from the University of the West of England.
