Jenn McGinty

Jenn McGinty has a diverse work experience in the field of renewable energy and project management. Jenn started their career in 2011 with System 3, Inc., where they worked as a Project Coordinator. Their responsibilities involved analyzing contract requirements, coordinating project schedules, managing project meetings, and handling project documentation. Jenn also assisted in proposal writing and tracking RFPs. In 2014, they were promoted to the role of Project Manager, where they supervised site direction, enforced safety measures, and ensured quality control. Jenn also tracked monthly invoicing and managed overall project performance. In 2015, Jenn joined RES (Renewable Energy Systems Ltd) as a Business Development Manager. RES is a global leader in renewable energy, and Jenn's role involved developing business opportunities in the renewable energy sector. Jenn has been actively involved in onshore and offshore wind, solar, energy storage, and transmission and distribution projects. With over 40 years of experience, RES has an impressive renewable energy portfolio of 18GW and an operational asset portfolio exceeding 6.5GW.

Jenn McGinty's education history includes obtaining a degree in Construction Management from UC Davis Extension, where they attended from 2012 to 2014.
