Juan Manuel Q.

Juan Manuel Q. is an experienced O&M Manager with a strong background in photovoltaic project management and industrial solutions. Currently serving at RES since October 2025, Juan's previous roles include O&M Manager at Metlen Energy & Metals, overseeing warranty projects in Badajoz, and Commissioning & O&M Manager at MAETEL, where Juan supervised over 150MW of installations across Spain and Portugal. Additionally, Juan held the position of Japan O&M Site Manager at MAETEL, managing over 250MW of photovoltaic plants in various Japanese prefectures. Earlier experience includes industrial research and development technical support at I MAS D EXTREMADURA SL and programming and maintenance in industrial settings at Olives & Pickles S.L. Juan holds a degree in Industrial Mechatronics from IES Sáenz de Buruaga.
