Leanne M. Rice Sphr, Shrm-Scp

Leanne M. Rice, SPHR, SHRM-SCP's work experience starts in 1984 when they worked as a Human Resources Representative at Shell Oil Company & Subsidiaires. Their responsibilities included handling various HR tasks such as recruiting, compensation, benefits, policy administration, and employee relations for client groups across the US and overseas. At the Federal Reserve Bank, starting in 1995, Leanne worked as an Employee Development Specialist, Trainer, and Sr Human Resources Analyst. Leanne M. developed and facilitated training programs, supported HR activities, and managed employee communication programs. From 2006 to 2018, Leanne worked at Faith Christian Academy (CO) as an Instructor, Educator, and Teacher. Leanne M. taught, facilitated, and mentored students, designed lesson plans, assessed student performance, and provided counseling and coaching to students and parents. In 2018, Leanne was self-employed and worked as a Human Resources, ODEM, Training & Development Consultant. Leanne M. then moved on to Renewable Energy Systems Americas Inc. in 2019 as a Human Resources Business Partner.

Leanne M. Rice, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Organization Management and Human Resources Management from the University of Colorado Boulder. Leanne M. completed their education at Mayo High School.

Leanne has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2007, they acquired the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from the HRCI. Later, in December 2015, they obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM Certification. Leanne also holds certifications in ACSI Teacher Certification and as a Certified Trainer from DDI | Development Dimensions International. Leanne M. has also completed Customer Service Professional Levels 1 & 2 from the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. Additionally, they have received training as a Presentation Advantage Trainer from Franklin Covey Gibraltar and has additional certifications as a Trainer from Mountain States Employers Council. Leanne has also acquired a Writing Advantage Trainer certification from Franklin Covey Gibraltar.
