Martin Hemphill

Martin Hemphill is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in grid connections, policy development, and project management. Currently serving as Acting Head of Engineering and previously in various managerial roles at RES since August 2016, Martin has actively developed innovative grid connection strategies while collaborating with industry stakeholders. Prior experience at Ausgrid from February 2007 to August 2016 included senior roles in connection and planning policy, network strategy, and engineering, where Martin designed policies, managed project teams, and assessed network performance. Martin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from UNSW, completed in 2011.
